The company is headquartered along Moi Avenue, CBD, Nairobi and is committed to providing accessible, innovative financial solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
Silverbridge Credits Investments Company Limited operates in full compliance with applicable Kenyan laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Companies Act 2015, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) guidelines, and relevant Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) directives. The company has in place robust AML/CFT policies, a Data Protection framework, and internal compliance controls.
